Do I need an account to book?
Yes, signing up is required before any booking. It takes a few minutes: first name, last name, email, phone and company.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before the slot. After that, the booking remains due; you can still modify it until the slot starts.
When am I charged?
Payment is charged when the booking starts, not when you book. Subscribers are billed monthly and pay for their days with credits.
What does a subscription credit include?
1 credit = 1 day = 1 workspace seat, across the whole partner hotel network, whatever the time spent on site.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can keep booking a day at the hotel's public day rate, or upgrade to the next plan. The change applies from the following month.
How does hotel arrival work?
Give your first and last name at the front desk. The hotel team finds your booking and confirms your arrival, with no QR code or secret code.
