Cookie Policy

1. WHAT IS A COOKIE ?

A cookie is a small file or identifier placed on, or read from, a device when a website or digital service is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels, SDKs or identifiers, may serve comparable purposes.

2. WHO USES TRACKERS ?

Aeria Workspaces Sàrl may use its own trackers and may integrate third-party services. Depending on the technical configuration in force, providers such as Vercel, Stripe, Google Analytics, PostHog, Intercom, Mapbox or TinaCMS may be involved. The inclusion of a provider in this policy does not mean that all of its trackers are active at all times.

3. STRICTLY NECESSARY TRACKERS

These trackers enable, in particular, security, session management, authentication, the retention of a basket or booking, load balancing, fraud prevention and the operation of the consent mechanism. Where they are strictly necessary for the service requested, they may be used without prior consent, subject to applicable law.

4. AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT

Audience measurement tools may be used to understand website traffic. Where the consent exemption cannot validly be relied upon in light of the configuration in place, these trackers are blocked until you give your consent.

5. PRODUCT ANALYTICS AND SESSION RECORDING

PostHog or a comparable tool may measure user journeys, clicks and the features used. A session-recording function is particularly intrusive and must be configured with masking of sensitive fields, minimisation of the data collected and activation only after the required consent has been obtained.

6. SUPPORT AND MESSAGING

A support tool such as Intercom may place or read trackers in order to maintain a conversation, display the widget and measure its use. The elements strictly necessary to handle a support request may be distinguished from analytics or marketing functions.

7. MAPPING

Mapbox or a similar service may load technical resources and process information relating to the map and the device. Where loading involves non-essential trackers or processing for which consent is required, the component must be blocked or served in degraded form until the user has made a choice.

8. PAYMENT AND FRAUD

Stripe or the payment service provider may use technologies necessary for security, authentication and fraud prevention. Trackers strictly indispensable to the payment requested may be activated where they are necessary to provide that service; any additional purpose must be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. YOUR CHOICE

On your first visit, the consent management platform must offer clear and equivalent choices: “Reject all”, “Customise” and “Accept all”. Rejecting must not require more actions than accepting. In the absence of consent, non-essential trackers remain blocked.

10. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may change your choice at any time through the permanent “Cookie settings” link. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and must be as straightforward as giving consent.

11. DURATION OF YOUR CHOICE

The retention period for the consent choice must be proportionate and consistent with the applicable recommendations. Aeria will ask the user again when the choice expires, when a material change is made to the purposes, or when a new category of trackers requires it.

12. TRANSFERS

Certain providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA. Such transfers are governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the applicable legal mechanisms.

13. TECHNICAL INVENTORY

The table below must reflect the actual scan of the production version. Aeria must not publish cookie names that are assumed or copied from generic documentation if they are not in fact present on the website.

TRACKER TABLE - INVENTORY FROM THE PRODUCTION SCAN

Inventory established on the basis of the scan of the production website (August 2026). The trackers listed are those actually observed; no cookie placed by the hosting provider (Vercel / CDN) was detected in the configuration scanned. This table must be re-verified whenever the consent management platform or the integrated tools are modified.
