How do I book by the day?
Pick a city and a date, choose a partner hotel, and book online. You pay when the day starts, with no subscription.
Do I need a subscription to book?
No. Day booking is open to everyone. A subscription becomes worthwhile once you come several times a month.
What does a subscription credit include?
One credit equals one day of booking across the whole partner network. The 10-day plan gives you 10 credits per month, reset every month.
Are unused credits carried over?
No. Your credits reset every month and are not carried over from one month to the next.
Are there any fees on top of the subscription?
A one-time joining fee of CHF 50 (excl. VAT) is charged at subscription. For the day office plan, a one month card pre-authorisation is also required.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 4 hours before your slot starts. After that, the booking is charged.
