The Lake Geneva region as a network: work where you are

The way we work has changed faster than the way we rent offices. Across the Lake Geneva region, a typical professional no longer spends their weeks in one place: a meeting in Geneva on Monday, a workshop in Lausanne on Wednesday, a client in Montreux on Friday. Faced with this mobile reality, the fixed office shows its limits.
The single-office problem
Renting an office in Geneva when half your meetings are elsewhere means paying for an address you only half use — and multiplying the trips back to it. The single-location model was designed for sedentary work that is no longer the norm.
Think network, not address
The alternative is to think in terms of a network: having several bases spread across the region, and systematically booking the one closest to your day. You no longer come to the office: the office comes closer to you.
What it changes in practice
- Less travel: you work near your meetings, not against the flow.
- More field presence: you are where your clients are, when they are there.
- A controlled budget: a multi-city membership replaces an underused fixed rent.
In short
Across the Lake Geneva region, the real luxury is no longer having a fine address, but being able to work wherever you are expected. Thinking of your workplace as a network rather than an address finally aligns your offices with your real daily life.
